Well, it seems more or less like we've hit a plateau. Things are still going well, but the novelty has worn off, or maybe I'm just getting tired and not paying as close attention. Hoping that the next week will show some improvement. I've heard anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks (or even more) is pretty normal, so I might be a little discouraged in 2 more weeks if we're still dealing with the same number of accidents, but for now I still think we're on the right track.
Night #7: Dry all through, successful wake up trip. Happy boy, happy mama!
Day #7: More successes than misses. Mama had an epic fail though...eating dinner at Chick-fil-a on "Spirit Night" is not advised when it's important to hear your child talk. A tried to tell me that he needed to go potty, but I couldn't hear his words and thought he was just standing up in the high-chair for no reason. Oops, poor kid, he tried to to tell me! First public accident, thanks Mama, and first post-diaper clothing change in a public restroom.
